Vera Pauline Adams Obituary

Vera Pauline Adams, 89, of Crossville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 24, 2017, at Cumberland Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 21, 1928, in Crossville, daughter of the late William Farmer Russell and Mary C. (Ward) Russell. Pauline worked at a bakery and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her sons, Ernest Adams, Gordon Adams, Jerry Adams and Vernon (Rebecca) Adams, all of Crossville; daughters, Wilma Fassiotto, Lois Jean Brown and Doris Garrett, all of Crossville; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sisters, Rilda Wyatt, Roberta Hall and Betty Brown, all of Crossville.

In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Adams; brothers, Leonard Russell and Clyde Russell; and sisters, Lois Parsons and Retha McDaniel.

Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, at 10 a.m. with Bro. Malcom Strong officiating. Interment in Creston Cemetery.
