Crossville, TN - Sherry Hedgecoth, 68, of Crossville, passed away on May 20, 2026, at University of Tennessee Medical Center.

Ms. Hedgecoth was born on June 3, 1957, in Crossville, daughter of the late Roy Hedgecoth and Willene (Rose) Hedgecoth.

Sherry worked in HR at Flowers Bakery until her retirement. She loved working in her garden and the beauty of the outdoors. She was faithful to her church, Dorton Methodist, and enjoyed the fellowship of the congregation. Her love for animals knew no bounds and the ones she had were family to her. Her smile, laughter and friendship will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sister, Ginger Williams (Mike); nephews, Michael, Matthew (Leigh Martin), and Mark Williams (Camila); and great-niece, Savanah Williams. She is also survived by her good friends, Carol Ingram, Peggy Fields, Vickie Rhea, Charlotte Carter, and Grace VanBlenis.

In addition to her parents, Sherry is preceded in death by her great-niece, Melissa Williams.

Graveside service will be held at Green Acres Memory Gardens on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 1 p.m.
