Crossville, TN - Richard W. Malsack passed away Jan. 1, 2026, in Crossville. He was born in Milwaukee, WI. Mr. Malsack attended West Allis Central High School and Lawrence University in Wisconsin, graduating from Lawrence in 1953. He was a member of the golf teams at both schools.
Mr. Malsack arrived in Korea and served as an MP during the Korean War. Upon his return to the states, Mr. Malsack worked for the JC Penney Company, Marshall Field & Company and CoStar Publications. He also ran Coast To Coast Hardware store in Canton, GA before retiring to Fairfield Glade.
Mr. Malsack was a 33rd Degree Mason and a member of the local Korean War Veterans Association in Fairfield Glade.
