Crossville, TN - Penny Laine Miller-Bey, age 52, was born to John Wayne and Jennifer Louise Jackson Miller on Sept. 23, 1973 in Crossville, TN and passed away on March 14, 2026, in Nashville, TN. Penny was a family woman working with her parents and grandparents building the family business. She was the office manager for their trucking company and also a partner in her and her husband's business. She enjoyed spending time with them all and her family meant everything to her. She loved country rides and just being with her husband, doing nothing.

Penny is survived by her husband- Zayd Miller-Bey, mother- Jennifer Louise Miller, father- John Wayne (Jackie) Miller, her dogs- Lilly, Molly, and Max, many special children, aunts- Sherry Miller, Susie Miller, Shirley McNabb, and Vivian Ford, one uncle- J.C. Jackson Jr., and numerous cousins. She will be greatly missed.

Penny was preceded in death by her grandparents- Norman and Lois Miller and J.C. and Arlola Jackson and another beloved dog- Peggy Sue.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from noon to 1:30 p.m. with service starting at 1:30. She will be buried in Green Acres beside her grandparents.

Pallbearers include: Rick Kelly, Porter Isles, Darcy Smith, Bill Henline, Christopher Baird, Timmy Jordan, Larry Long and Jason Smith.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bakers Crossroads Baptist Church, 2134 West Creston Rd, Crossville, TN 38571 in her and her grandmother's, Lois Miller, names.
