John Irvine, 75, of Fairfield Glade, passed away Jan. 1, 2002. A memorial service will be conducted Friday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. at Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ed McClellan and the Rev. Wayne Benson officiating. Mr. Irvine was born Sept. 8, 1926, in Flint, MI, the son of Thomas McClymont and Janet Cameron Morris Irvine. He was vice president of Super Food Service, and a member of Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Lorena McCloud Irvine of Fairfield Glade; sons, Tim Irvine of Bay City, MI, and Randy Irvine and Grey Irvine, both of Sacramento, CA; daughters Julie Irvine of Ann Arbor, MI, and Jill Gumm of Lebanon, OH; sister, Sandra Hale of Flint; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy Hebert. The family requests that memorials be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Grand Central Station, P.O.
