JoAnn E. Jackson, 82, of Crossville, passed away on November 10, 2024, at Cumberland Medical Center.
Mrs. Jackson was born on April 16, 1942, in Kenton, TN, daughter of the late Henry Eddlemon and Christine (Emerson) Eddlemon.
JoAnn was a secretary at General Motors, then dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Dr. Michael R. Jackson and Andrew Jackson (Hillary); daughter, Dr. Michelle Jackson (Scott Layton); grandchildren, Callie (Preston), Mia (Austin), John, Aubrey, Samuel, Thomas, Bodhi; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Hillary; and sister-in-law, Ann Jackson.
In addition to her parents, JoAnn is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John Michael Jackson; and grandparents, Big Mama and Big Daddy.
Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 1 p.m. with burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service.
