Jerry B. Adkins|May 22, 1965 - Feb. 26, 2004|Jerry Blake "Bub" Adkins, 38, of Crossville, passed away Feb. 26, 2004. Funeral services were conducted March 1 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home, with burial in Crossville City Cemetery. Bro. Delmer McCowan and Bro. Mike McCoy officiated, with special music by Sweet Victory. Mr. Adkins was born May 22, 1965 in Warren, MI, the son of Clyde and Treasa Farris Adkins. He was employed by Rockwell International in the shipping department and was a member of Crossville First Freewill Baptist Church. He loved to take photos and was considered the family historian. Survivors include his wife, Sue Adkins of Crossville; parents, Clyde and Treasa Adkins of Crossville; daughters, Kelli and Holly Adkins, both of Crossville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick and Amy Adkins, Mike and Tosha Adkins and Marc Adkins and friend, Jenna, all of Crossville; father- and mother-in-law, Claude and LaDonna Hankins of Detroit, MI; and nieces, Lisa, Talia, Shada, Brittany, Ashlee, Emma, Lillie, Becky and Emilee. He also leaves a host of friends. Pallbearers were Rick Adkins, Mike Adkins, Marc Adkins, Ted Welch, Larry Hall, Clyde Adkins and Rob and Stapleton.
