Crossville, TN - Jeffrey Allen Hall, 64, of Crossville, passed away on Aug. 13, 2025. He was the son of Don and Jan Hall and the beloved husband of Preston Hall. Jeff was a devoted father to Jeffery Hall, Christian Hall, and Meredith Hall, and a loving brother to Darrell Hall and Mike Hall.

Jeff graduated from Cumberland County High School in 1979, where he was an all-district football player and remembered as one of the fastest and strongest on the team. He went on to attend Tennessee Tech University, earning a business degree.

Jeff began his career in 1985 with his high school friend, Rodney French, at French's Shoes and Boots. He worked there from 1985 -2007, later joined Dave Kirk Chevrolet from 2007 - 2014, and returned to French's Shoes and Boots from 2014 until 2025. Known as a respected leader in the shoe and boot industry, Jeff was considered a key part of the success of the French's Shoes and Boots chain. His dedication, leadership, and friendship will be deeply missed by the staff and the entire French family.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, Sept. 7, from 2 - 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church. All who wish to pay their respects and share stories of Jeff's life are welcome to attend.

Jeff will be remembered most as a loyal friend.
