Franklin "Frank" Delano Hendley, 80, of Crossville, passed away Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019, at St. Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta.
He was born Sept. 27, 1938, in Crossville, son of the late Herman Hendley and Lucy Elizabeth (Painter) Hendley.
After serving in the National Guard, Frank worked hard as a farmer to support his family. He was also of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his children, Frank "Beau" Hendley (Janie) of Florida, JenÄ— VanButsel of Florida, Keith Hendley (Misa) of California and Sharon Hendley of Crossville; grandchildren, Christy, Christopher, Derek, Mason, Kaden, Mimi, April, Julia, Sarah and Dusty Rose Loshbaugh; great-grandchildren, Kiley, Daniel and Lida; and brother, Ed Hendley of Florida.
In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his sister, Lola Bowman.
Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Sunday, Aug. 11, at 4 p.m. with Bro. Timothy Geer officiating. Interment in Crossville City Cemetery.
