Crossville, TN - Edna Dean McNeal, 65, of Crossville, passed away on Nov. 27, 2025, at her home.

Mrs. McNeal was born on Oct. 3, 1960, in Crossville, daughter of the late Ernest Leon Ball and Margaret (Grant) Ball. She was a loving wife, mother, nana, and great-nana.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Leslie McNeal; daughters, Valerie (Brandon) Burgess and Lesley (Brandon) Walker; grandchildren, Jamie Nichols, Lindsey (Dillon) Thurman, Dakota Morgan, Nathan Morgan, Neyland Walker and Ashley (Greg Wilkey) Burgess; great-grandchildren, Mason Caruthers, Brayden Thurman, Caisson Thurman, Owen Thurman, Laikyn Thurman, Keatyn Thurman, and Ashlyn Burgess; special nephew, Steven McNeal; special great-nieces, Blake McNeal, Waylynn McNeal and Taytum McNeal; brothers, David Ball, Raymond (Reba) Ball; sisters, Charlotte Phillips, Thelma Phillips, Linda (Glenn) Pesnell, and Pat (Randy) Garrett; as well as many other loved ones.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her nephew, Anthony Phillips; great-nephew, Joseph Ball; father-in-law, Boyd McNeal; brothers-in-law, Calvin Phillips, Steve McNeal and Charlie Bolles; sisters-in-law Kathy Bolles, Sylvia Lewis and Lisa Barnwell.
