Earlene  Pugh Lewthwaite
Earlene Pugh Lewthwaite, 86, was born on June 17, 1933, in Livingston, to Lonnie and Ruth Bowman. She passed away on Sept. 14, 2019. Earlene loved cooking for her family and going to church. She also enjoyed fishing and sewing.
She is survived by her children, Nadene Pugh Golliher (Dennis) and Bruce Pugh; daughter-in-law, Rosie Pugh; grandchildren, Monte Garrett (Joy), Eric Garrett (Tonya), Jeremy Garrett (Rachel), Natalie Garrett, Jason Pugh (Betsy) and Travis Pugh (Misty); 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Kathleen Wyatt, Hollis Bowman, Maude McCowan and Beulah Long.
She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Sherman Pugh; second husband, Jack Lewthwaite; son, Robert Pugh; great-granddaughter, Kayla Pugh; and siblings, Leta Mae Boles, Janie Tabor, Domer Bowman, Tom Bowman, Denvil Bowman, Paul Bowman, AJ Stringer, Treva Wilson and Lena Kendrick.
Family received friends on Tuesday, Sept. 17, from 6-9 p.m. at First Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services for Earlene will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 11 a.m. at First Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Mike McCoy officiating. She will be laid to rest in Mayland Cemetery.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
