He is survived by his wife, Vickie Parsons; siblings, Roger Parsons, Vera Smith, and Stella James; stepdaughter, Heather Hubbard; step-granddaughter, Raylee Morgan; and aunt, Betty Brown.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Evelyn Parsons, and his siblings, Garland Parsons, Sharon Parsons, Teresa DeRossett, and Keith Parsons.
