Donald B. Adams|March 17, 1938 - May 3, 2005|Donald Burl Adams, 67, of Crossville, passed away May 3, 2005. Funeral services were conducted May 5 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Slate Springs Cemetery. Bro. Austin Hamby, Bro. Harold Keagle and Bishop Freddy Conley officiated. Mr. Adams was born March 17, 1938 in Crossville, the son of Ralph and Amanda Dixon Adams. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors include his wife, Maudie Adams of Crossville; sons, John Weaver, Donald Adams and Gary Adams, all of Crossville; daughter, Betty Brummitt of Crossville; brothers, Danny Adams, Cleo Adams and Dennis Adams, all of Crossville; sisters, Wilda Gibson, Eula Mae Keagle and Wanda Crockett, all of Crossville; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Adams; and sister, Geneice Adams. Pallbearers were Kevin Hedgecoth, Ronnie Miller, Ross Dixon, Eugene Adams, Terry McDonald and Ralph Gibson. Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
