Deanie Eller March 18, 1923 - Jan. 6, 2002 Obituary

Deanie Eller, 78, of Crossville, passed away Jan. 6, 2002. Funeral services were conducted Jan. 9, from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Crossville City Cemetery. Bro. B.J. Brown officiated, with special music by Rhonda Medley. Mrs. Eller was born March 18, 1923, in Cumberland County, the daughter of Landon and Alice Walker Davis. She was a homemaker, and a member of Gospel Baptist Tabernacle. Survivors include her sons, Paul Barnes of Crossville and Hershal Eller of Lake Village, IN; daughters, Fannie Mae Houston, Doris Medley and Dimple Achey, all of Crossville; stepdaughters, Helen Lansing of Clarkrange and Ellen Jean Ridgdon of Baton Rouge, LA; brother, Charlie Davis of Crossville; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several stepgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boman Eller; brothers, Jim Davis, Sam Davis and Clarence Davis; sisters, Mattie Abston and Gertie Norrod; and granddaughter, Cheri Lynn Eller. Pallbearers were Junebug Fred Medley, Ricky Miller, Willie Kriecher, James Davis, Charles Ray Medley and Wade Barnes. Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
