Dana Adams|Oct. 18, 1918 - March 17, 2005|Dana Foster Adams, 86, of Crossville, passed away March 17, 2005, at Country Place Health Center. Funeral services were held March 20 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with Vern Daugherty officiating. Burial followed March 21 at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Mr. Adams born Oct. 18, 1918, in Chattanooga, TN. He was in the insurance business before retiring and served in North Africa, Sicily, Italy, France and the Rhineland while he was in the U.S. Army. He was awarded the Purple Heart and is a life member of the BPOE 91 in Chattanooga and VFW 5025. He is survived by his wife, Nadine Watkins Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Deryl F. Adams. Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
