Crossville, TN - Charlotte (Matthews) Bible, 79, of the Rinnie Community, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026 at Cumberland Medical Center. No services are planned at this time. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Seth "Tommy" Bible, Jr.; daughters, Chantal Bible (William) Register, Gypsi Bible (John) Alford; grandchildren, Noah and Joseph Redwine, Emerson and William Alford; step-grandchildren, Joseph and Kelly Register; sisters, Marjeenia (Danny) Miller, Melissa (Billy) Martin; brother, Meral (Karrie) Matthews; a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lois (Scroggins) Matthews; sisters, Virginia Sisco, Norma Carr; brothers, Mark and Marvin Matthews. Jennings Funeral Homes of Jamestown is in charge of cremation for Charlotte (Matthews) Bible of the Rinnie Community.
