Crab Orchard, TN - Charles Ruben Hamby, age 55, of Crab Orchard, passed away on Dec. 15, 2025, at Cumberland Medical Center.
Mr. Hamby was born on Feb. 15, 1970, in Crossville, son of the late Willis Hamby and Wanda Jean (Monday) Hamby.
Charles was a farmer and logger.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Hamby; stepdaughter, Katie Schillinger; step-grandson, Charlie Cofer; brothers, David Tim (Rhonda) Brock and Justin Keith (Rena) Brock; aunts, Eva (Jerry) Redwine and Carolyn (Jerry) Hedgecoth; and special friends, Billy and Pam Gray.
Charles is preceded in death by both of his parents.
Graveside service was held at Hamby Family Cemetery on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, with Bro. Danny Smith officiating.
