March 20, 1938—June 5, 2015 Roy Charles McCann, 77, of Crossville, passed away June 5, 2015, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. He was born March 20, 1938, in Tennessee, son of the late Horace Clark McCann and Vernice (Pittman) McCann. He worked as a scale operator in Osceola County, FL, and was of the Nazarene Faith. He proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam war. He is survived by his wife, Wilma Wyatt McCann of Crossville; daughter, Brenda Gail Sullivan, and son-in-law, Alex Sullivan, of Knoxville; and grandchildren, Hayden Roy and Kaleb Glenn Sullivan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Lola Jane Walker McCann; son, Charles McCann; brother, Donald Ray McCann; and sister, Wanda Kay McCann. Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home June 8, with Bro. Norman Cunningham officiating. Interment in Crossville City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Steven Rary, Scott Davis, Chris Smith, Phil Green, Hayden Sullivan and Alex Sullivan. Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. (www.bilbreyfh.com) was in charge of the arrangements.
