Roy C. Loveday Jr., 68, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016, at his home.
Born in Tennessee, he was a graduate Big Foot High School in Walworth, WI. Roy served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired in 2010 from the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #102 after 28 years. Roy was an artist that enjoyed drawing and painting. He was also a history buff. Most of all, he was a kindhearted and loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.
Roy was preceded in death by his father, Roy C. Loveday Sr., and his brother, Gary Loveday.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Joyce Clark Loveday of Grandview; children, Milissa Gibson Hartman of Evensville and Aaron and Beth Marie Loveday both of Grandview; mother, Hazel Roberts Loveday of Spring City; sisters, Diana Loveday of Nashville and Tami (Beau) Beaulieu of Marengo, IL; grandchildren, Will Gibson of Chattanooga and Clark Gibson of Evensville; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation or services.
