Michael D. Wiley, 73, was born on July 17, 1942, to Lester and Caddie Wiley in Columbus, IN and passed away on Sept. 10, 2016, in Oak Ridge, TN. He worked as an electrician for the Navy for 24 years and six months. In his younger years, he enjoyed riding horses. In the latter years, playing on computers became a favorite past time.
He is survived by his wife, Ida Wiley; daughter, Michele Hennessee (Ted); grandchildren, Samuel Hennessee, Heidi Hennessee, Amber White and Chadd White; and sister, Terry C. Cox.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Lester Dayton Wiley and Caddie C. Daily Wiley, and his son, Anthony White.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016, at Trinity Tabernacle of Crossville from 4 to 5 p.m. with a funeral service to follow. He will be interred at 10 a.m. central time in Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus, IN on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
