March 21, 1936—Nov. 27, 2015 Lloyd James Gilreath, 79, of Somerville, TN, formerly of Crossville, departed this life Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, at Bolivar General Hospital. Lloyd was born March 21, 1936, in Dawsonville, GA, son to the late Guy and Lelia Trammell Gilreath. Later moving to Crossville, he was the plant manager of Franklin Limestone in Crab Orchard for over 20 years. After retirement, Lloyd and his wife, Jean, moved to Somerville and were members of Victory Life Assembly of God. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, gardening and, most of all, spending time with his family. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jean Powell Gilreath; daughters, Dena & Clay Duncan and Michelle Gilreath; sons, Chris, Greg & Nancy, and Lloyd & Jennifer Gilreath; sister, Marcelle Ledbetter; brothers, Donald, David, and Morris & Peggy Gilreath; as well as 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. Services were held Nov. 30, 2015, in Dawsonville, with interment in Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery.
