Nov. 10, 1938—March 25, 2016 Jack L. Kelso, 77, of Crossville, passed away March 25, 2016. He was born Nov. 10, 1938, in Waldron, IN, son of the late Wayne and Virginia Jackson Kelso. He was retired from the logistics field in inventory control and was a United States Marine veteran. He was also a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He was an avid golfer and took great pride in his yard work. He looked forward to all the holidays and being able to decorate his lawn in celebration. He is survived by his wife, Joann Kelso of Crossville; sons, Todd Kelso of Columbus, IN, and Kyle Kelso and his wife Sonya of St. Petersburg, FL; daughter, Kristine Kelso of Asheville, NC; sisters, Sara Hatton of Indianapolis, IN, and Sandra Gloyd of Versailles, IN; grandchildren, Jake Kelso, Maya Kelso, Rebecca DaSilva and Jackson Kelso; and great grandchild, Anaya DaSilva. In addtion to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Stephanie DaSilva; sister, Janet Heidorn; and infant twin brothers. Memorial services will be held Friday, April 1, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Hood Funeral Home. Hood Funeral Home and Crematory, LLC (www.hoodfuneralhome.com) was in charge of the arrangements.
