Ila Ardene LeRoy, 95, of Crossville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. She was born Sunday, Dec. 19, 1920, in Parrottsville, TN, daughter of the late William Carter Smith and Cordelia (Boyer) Smith.
Ardene worked as a clerk for Bilbrey Hardware & Furniture and worked for Bilbrey Funeral Home. She also was a member of the Pomona United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Jim Hall, Crossville; granddaughter, Sherri Wyatt, Crossville; grandson, Timothy Hall and wife Bethany, Lenoir City; great-grandson, Gabriel Wyatt, Crossville; and sister, Margaret Smith, Crossville.
In addition to her parents, Ardene was preceded in death by husband, Charles Franklin LeRoy, and an infant brother.
Memorial services will be held at Pomona United Methodist Church on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Louis F. Davis officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Crossville City Cemetery.
