Eupal Cline, 95, of Crossville, passed away April 6, 2017. She was born July 10, 1921, in Claiborne County, TN, the daughter of Mitchell and Rachel Fortner Carey. She and her husband, Joseph Lee Cline, spent many years in the antique business, a hobby they both greatly enjoyed. She was known for being a wonderful cook and loved music. Music and singing was another passion she and her husband shared together. She was also a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who loved her family and was a member of Woodlawn Methodist Church.
She was survived by her daughters, Nancy Miller and her husband, Frank, of Crossville and Rev. Betty Sue Walling, also of Crossville; brother, Ray Carey of Crossville; grandchildren, Phillip Craig and his wife, Deborah, James Craig and his wife, Jeanette, Penny Barnes and her husband, Leon, and Casey Cox and his wife, Laura; 12 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Joseph Lee Cline; brothers, Carl Carey and Clay Carey; and sister, Bena Mae Cline.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Hood Funeral Home. Burial was in Pomona Cemetery.
