Bobby Clarence Hedgecoth, 79, of Crossville, passed away Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017, at Cumberland House in Crossville.
He was born Nov. 23, 1937, in Crossville, son of the late Clifford Edward Hedgecoth and Ethel Ona (Whittenburg) Hedgecoth. Bobby worked as an electrician, and was a member of the Oaklawn Baptist Church. He also proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his son, Gary Hedgecoth and wife Amanda, Crossville; daughter, Tina Wheeler and husband Dale, Crossville; brother, Cecil Hedgecoth, Crossville; and sister, Betty Sue Smith, Crossville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Sadie Lou Dyal Hedgecoth; daughter, Valerie Hedgecoth; and brother, Pierson Hedgecoth.
Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017, at 9 a.m. with Rev. David Mahan officiating. Interment in Crossville City Cemetery.
