June 26, 1928—Sept. 26, 2015 Nannie Dean Ashburn, 87, of Crossville, passed away Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015, at her home in Crossville. She was born June 26, 1928, in Crossville, the daughter of the late Mattie (Stover) LeQuire. She worked as a payroll clerk for the county school system and was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Billy E. Ashburn of Crossville; son, Terry Ashburn (Bonnie) of Crossville; daughter, Kaye Ashburn of Crossville; and sister, Mattie Ellen Farmer of Crossville. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mattie (Stover) LeQuire. Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Tuesday, Sept. 29, with Bro. Barry Kennedy and Bro. Larry McDuffee officiating. Interment was in Crossville City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Lewis Stover, Foy Stover, Larry McDuffee, John Tatum, Dale Hennessee and Roger Smith. Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc.
