Hollis Eugene Warner, 87, of Crossville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017, at Cumberland House.
He was born Oct. 19, 1930, in Crossville, son of the late Otto Warner and Marie (Webb) Warner. Hollis worked as a machinist for Tap Publishing and was a member of the Church of Christ. He will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Warner, Crossville; son, Dana (Judy) Warner, Knoxville, TN; daughters, Brenda (Bruce) Dean of Ohio, Michelle (Wayne) Thames of Georgia and Monica Warner, Murfreesboro, TN; brother, Bill Warner, Westel, TN; and sister, Margie Gentry, Crossville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Hollis was preceded in death by his brother Brown Warner.
Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at 1 p.m. with Bro. Brian McLaughlin officiating. Interment in Burgess Cemetery.
