Floyd  Wilson


Floyd Wilson of Dayton (formerly of Renton, WA) passed away Tuesday, April 9, at his home. He was born June 21, 1938, in Crossville.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1955-1965 and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from the Boeing Aircraft Company in Seattle, WA.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, John Adam Wilson and Estelle Wilson Madewell; two sisters; and three brothers.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 55 years, Billye D. Wilson; son and daughter-in-law; Drs. Wade and Michelle Wilson; granddaughter, Eleanor Wilson; and grandson Everett Wilson of Murphy, Texas; sister, Joyce Davey (Rus) of South Carolina.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial followed in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
The Pallbearers were Andy Baisley, Rob Kimbro, Eddie Davis, Frankie Davis, Phillip Davis and Larry Davis.
