Albert "Bud"'s Story
Albert "Bud" Edward Evans Jr., 89, of Crossville, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Good Samaritan Society in Fairfield Glade, TN.
Bud was born March 11, 1929, in Cleveland, OH, son of the late Albert Edward Evans Sr. and Emma (Raymont) Evans.
He worked as a manager in inventory control and was member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He also proudly served his country in the Army.
Bud is survived by his wife, Kathleen Evans, Crossville; children, Greg (Kathleen) Evans of Findlay, OH, Ronald (Peggy) Evans of Cherry Valley, IL, Doug Evans of Shelby Township, MI, Timothy Evans of Shelby Township, MI, and Cynthia (George) Graham of Loris, SC; grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian and Sara, Alexis and Phil, Aaron, Erik and Melissa, and Darin; great-grandchildren, Dakota and Kendel Evans, Arwen Evans, Claire and Conor Covington; step-brothers, Levere Bartlett and Emory Bartlett, both of OH; and his beloved canine, Abby.
In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by his grandson, Todd Evans; step-father, Walter Bartlett; step-mother, Peg Evans; and sister, Eileen O'Barsky.
Funeral services were held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Friday, July 6, 2018, at 10 a.m. with Fr. Michael Woods officiating. Inurnment in St. Francis Columbarium.
